Wellness subscriptions cannot be managed inside of Wellness. This is because your subscription is facilitated through the App Store. This means you'll have to use the App Store to cancel or change your subscription. 

Apple enforces this so you always have a place to control the subscriptions you have from apps in the App Store. We'll walk you through how to find it:

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Tap the Today tab (if it isn't already selected)
  3. Find the circular image in the top right corner and tap it, you should be on the "Account" screen now
  4. Find the first item in the menu (with a larger circular image, the account name and email) and tap it, you should be on the "Account Settings" screen
  5. Find the menu item with the text "Subscriptions" and tap it, you should be on the "Subscriptions" screen
  6. In the "Active" section, find Wellness and tap it
  7. You can now cancel or change your subscription on this screen
